It was a specimen of the Dolphin - Bottlenose dolphin, female, having a length of over 3 meters and 20 cm and with an estimated weight of 250 kilograms. The stranding of dolphins on the coast of Teramo is unfortunately a frequent occurrence, but mainly during the summer, when the animals looking for areas of running hot, you go too near the coast.
